Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
- This Refund policy shall only be applicable for purchases made in this website only.
- Returns are not valid for our Products due to the nature of these products, as we guarantee the authenticity of the content of the Product.
- However, Return/Exchange of Products or refund can be arranged under the following reason:
- We offer a 1 to 1 replacement within seven working days, provided that all packaging is intact.
If the wrong Product which is different from the Order is delivered.
Provided the Customer returns or is caused to return to Tangerine Engineering Pte Ltd the aforesaid Products unused and in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it is first delivered to the Customer together with the proof of Order, payment and delivery of the Products and a video proof on unboxing the item.

In the event of receiving a product that is Dead on Arrival (DOA).

If a Product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery.
Tangerine Engineering Pte Ltd shall either refund the Customer the value of the Product, or replace the Product.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
